SuperMag Maleimide Beads
SuperMag Maleimide Beads are activated magnetic beads in lyophilized powder form. The maleimide activated surface allows covalent bond formation to proteins/peptides via thiol (SH) groups. Oligonucleotides, antibodies or other ligands with thiol groups can be easily coupled to the beads. With large surface area, excellent colloidal stability and unique surface coating, SuperMag Maleimide Beads exhibit high binding capacity and low non-specific binding of protein or nucleic acids.
